Integration Engineer, Client Services

Vindicia is seeking an Integration Engineer as part of the Client Services team to provide support with all aspects of post-sales experience with customers. This person will report to the Director, Client Services.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Engage in projects with other Vindicia stakeholders - help with gathering of data towards project kick-off and quick deployment of Vindicia solution.
  • Take active role in deployment projects - kick-off, deployment, QA towards a speedy go-live.
  • Prepare corresponding documentation - during and after the engagements.
  • Assist with post deployment merchant care - operational reviews, support questions etc.
  • Effectively work with customer service team to maintain a high level of satisfaction within the customer base.
  • Effectively communicate with internal stakeholders towards improving processes as Vindicia grows in size.
Primary Interfaces with Vindicia will be with:
  • Client Services - Close working relationship with all members of the team towards speedy and effective deployment of Vindicia solutions.
  • Product Management - Monitor and manage current product capabilities towards customer deployment wish-list/scope along with feedback for product feature improvements.
  • Sales - Customer feedback.
  • Operations - Customer support and satisfaction.
  • Engineering - Ongoing training; improvement suggestions as gathered from the field.
Technical Skills:
  • Expert proficiency in one of the following languages - Java, C#, PHP, C++/Win32 COM.
  • Must be experienced in overall software development lifecycle (IDE, AppServer, Webserver, databases etc.), preferably from a professional services perspective.
  • Strong working understanding of the following - Java, C#, PHP, .NET, Perl.
  • Comfortable in working (in shell script level) in multiple operating systems - Linux, Windows.
  • Good working understanding of XML and Web Services.
  • Good working understanding of database systems - Oracle, MySQL, MS SQL Server.

Technical Account Manager, Client Services

Vindicia is seeking a Technical Account Manager as part of the Client Services team to manage all aspects of post-sales experience with customers. This person will report to the Director, Client Services.

  • Manage post deployment lifecycle with customers which includes account management, operational reviews etc.
  • Effectively work with customer service and support teams to maintain a high level of satisfaction within the customer base.
  • Effectively communicate with internal stakeholders towards improving processes as Vindicia grows in size.
Primary Interfaces at Vindicia will be with:
  • Product Management - Report field level activities and product improvement suggestions
  • Sales - Customer feedback
  • Marketing - Case studies, references from customers
  • Operations - Customer satisfaction, operational review findings and requested enhancements
  • Engineering - Improvement suggestions as gathered from the field.
Required Skills:
  • Minimum of 5 years project management experience (Experience in a professional services practice of a software company is preferred)
  • Must have excellent overall technical competency. Prior development experience is a plus.
  • Must have strong business analysis skills.
  • Must have solid customer facing skills.
  • Bachelor's degree required, technical degree preferred.
  • Sub 50 person start up experience a must.
  • Diplomacy in cross functional team coordination to deliver results on customer's behalf.
  • Excellent presentation skills, verbal and written communication.
