CashBox also supports multiple payment methods -- from credit and pin-less debit cards, to ACH and European Direct Debit, to PayPal and others -- as well as the specific tax regimes based on merchant specific nexus and product categories. Reduced Credit Card Failure

Credit card failure - where a card, for various reasons, is not authorized for the transaction - is a common problem in subscription billing which can lead to lost customers. Vindicia ensures that merchants can minimize the effects of credit card failure on their recurring revenue streams. We work with processor card updater services to revalidate cards. We automatically retry cards with "soft" failures, and proactively notify customers using merchant-customizable templates in the event of "hard" failures. Our ability to handle credit card failure in an automated fashion helps merchants retain existing subscriptions and increase average customer lifetime value.

Built-in Fraud Management

With fraud levels at all-time highs in the industry, merchants can, with CashBox, screen transactions on the front end of the buy process and fight chargebacks that do occur post-transaction. This approach to fraud management is designed with the goal of minimizing false positives - where valid transactions are refused - while still ensuring that obvious fraud is reduced. Merchants can now rapidly grow their pool of subscribers while ensuring they do not run afoul of card association guidelines on fraud and chargeback levels.

Product and Customer Administration

To move ahead in a fast-paced market, it is critical that merchants have the flexibility to implement business decisions without relying on IT resources. For this reason, Vindicia CashBox includes a portal interface designed to give the non-technical user full control over product offerings, subscription billing plans, pricing promotions and customer information. Simply log in to the easy to use portal and manage product details like recurring billing frequency, payment methods, customer notifications and pricing. Allow your customer support teams to update payment method information, issue refunds, and cancel customer billing plans.
