As a seasoned business leader, Shiri has a 20-year track record of success in global strategy, operations, product, and technology, with a focus on SaaS solutions in the enterprise space. Shiri spent 7 years at Salesforce, where she served as the Global Vice President leading the Customer Success Strategy and Operations teams worldwide. Prior to that, she spent 8 years at SAP, where she held various roles including Software Architect, Product Management Lead, and Customer Success Director. Shiri is also serving as an advisor to startups.

With more than 21 years of experience in software development, Rima brings a strong focus on technology, creativity and innovation. She has worked at Vindicia for 11 years and is a technology patent holder for Vindicia Retain. In addition to Vindicia, Rima has worked for large companies such as eBay and American Express, as well as innovative startups. She enjoys solving difficult problems and delivering scalable, reliable, end-to-end solutions. Rima holds a B.S degree in Computer Science and an A.S. degree in Math and Business.

With over a decade of experience, Michal is a senior human resource professional with a proven track record of success in supporting leadership teams and driving organizational growth. Michal has a strong background in talent recruitment, onboarding, organizational development, employee relations, and leadership coaching. Previously, she held senior HR roles at tech companies such as Qualcomm and Intel. Michal holds an MBA in Strategic Management of Human Resources and a BA in Psychology and Human Resources from the University of Haifa.

Meena holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Madras University and is a technology veteran with over 20 years of experience building and supporting Enterprise and SaaS products. Embodying a customer-first philosophy with a passion for customer success and support, Meena performed these roles in varying capacities at previous ventures. Prior to Vindicia, she was Head of Customer Support at Interana, a data analytics firm in Palo Alto. She also had a successful exist in her start-up venture at Clearwell Systems and performed various technology leadership roles at Symantec and Veritas.

With more than 20 years of experience, Ioana brings to Vindicia the enthusiasm and vision of a seasoned product manager. Prior to Vindicia, she held various leadership positions at Amdocs in product management, pre-sales and delivery. Before that, she worked in the IT group of Elbit Ltd. Ioana’s expertise in customer care, ordering and billing products has enabled her to oversee initiatives for Tier One telcos around the world. She holds a B.S. degree in Engineering and Industrial Management from the Technion Israel Institute of Technology .

Jay has 25 years of experience in software development. Previously, he was a founding employee and chief technology officer at UXP Systems, prior to its acquisition by Amdocs. At UXP Systems he was responsible for leading software teams in the development of the ULM Platform for MSOs and Telcos. Before that, Jay served as vice president of product management at AudienceView Ticketing software, focusing on PCI compliance and reducing TCO of the company’s multi-tenant SaaS platform. He has also held past positions at Casero, Jetform, Symantec, and Delrina. Jay is one of the holders of 4 patents around the personalization of video middleware and BSS systems.

As an international technology industry veteran, Jesus brings over 30 years of experience in commercial, marketing, strategy, operations and technology roles. Prior to Vindicia, Jesus was Head of Marketing for Amdocs in the Caribbean and Latin America region, driving marketing to significantly expand Amdocs’ sales pipeline. Before Amdocs, he was Head of Sales for Utiba (acquired by Amdocs in 2014), focusing on mobile financial services. His experience includes two years as Head of Corporate/B2B and CCO at Cable & Wireless, and 15 years with Motorola. He lives by Vince Lombardi’s motto: “Perfection is not attainable, but if we chase perfection we can catch excellence.” Jesus holds an MBA from Universidad del Zulia (Venezuela), a B.S. in Electronic Engineering from Universidad Rafael Urdaneta (Venezuela), and Advanced Management certifications from Kellogg Institute of Management and IESE (Universidad de Navarra, Spain).

Abhishek brings over 20 years of global experience in services and delivery for digital transformation programs in the telecommunications industry. Prior to joining Amdocs Media, he was vice president for UXP Systems, a Canadian start up that created an innovative digital identity solution for communications service providers. His responsibilities included building a cross-functional team, management of the global professional services organization, and delivering enterprise grade software with a 100% success rate. In his earlier roles at Amdocs, Abhishek managed all customer engagements for Telenor in Denmark and has had diverse geographical exposure at the Cyprus development center. He holds a certificate for executive leadership from the University of Toronto and an honors degree in Bachelor of Computer Systems Engineering from University of Sussex (UK).

Zvi brings over 25 years of engaged and committed experience in the field of software development and management to Vindicia. Before joining the Vindicia team, he served at Amdocs as both Head of Engineering and Operations and Head of Managed Services. At Amdocs he supervised several teams negotiating project management and developing enterprise software. He also worked at the Israeli division of Motorola within its telecommunications billing department. Zvi continuously emphasizes that a blend of strong talent and determined engagement is key to operational success and delivery of quality products.

Rubi Cohen leads marketing for Vindicia. Previously, Rubi worked at Amdocs, Vindicia’s parent company, where he held key marketing responsibilities heading the global digital marketing domain, introducing a successful online footprint, and impacting the global brand reach. With over a decade of marketing and strategic experience in creative brand building, marketing communications, creating and activating data-driven marketing organizations, Rubi brings a track record in developing marketing strategies that bring to life both internal and external organizational goals, articulating a unique competitive edge, boosting growth, and elevating business revenue and performance for tech and SaaS companies.

With over 25 years of experience, Ofer leads Vindicia’s product support and services. Prior to Vindicia, he served as director of managed services at Amdocs, where he held end-to-end responsibilities for development and support services for wireline billing for Tier 1 US-based telcos. Ofer thrives in a dynamic environment and encourages excellence, teamwork, and world-class customer support. He holds a BS degree in Computer Science from the Technion Israel Institute of Technology.

Trace is a published industry veteran with senior-level management experience in pre and post-sales engineering, direct sales, project management, information technology consulting, and technical implementation at Vindicia. Not only can Trace define how an effective end-to-end churn management solution complements an effective growth strategy, but he can help you implement it too. Previous roles include managing and developing Sales Engineering and Training organizations for Solidcore Systems, Active Reasoning, and Infoteria.
