Acceptance, diversity, and inclusion: The Vindicia DNA

As Pride Month wraps up, I am filled with gratitude and inspiration for having the opportunity to lead a very diverse community that exists within Vindicia. Acceptance. Diversity. Inclusion. These are not just words, but rather essential characteristics that we celebrate every day within our organization. We strive to create a company culture that has no diversity phobia of any kind. We value and recruit talented people who respect human values irrespective of their sexual orientation, gender, ethnicity, race, and religion.

The last few months have been difficult, and I covered those topics in my previous blogs. It was especially frustrating, as we may not have had an opportunity to participate in-person to celebrate pride month as we had hoped for. On behalf of Vindicia, I would like to take this opportunity to wish all a very happy LGBTQ+ Pride Month. I would like to further point out that this is not simply a formality but rather that this month makes up a core entity of the Vindicia DNA. Every day, we are proud of inclusion, diversity, and overall acceptance that is deeply ingrained in our company and that of our employees and customer base. If Vindicia was not focusing on creating a diverse and inclusive workplace, we would be missing out on a plethora of creative ideas, the best talent pool, and the critical cross-collaboration between so many different employees from varying identities and backgrounds. Most importantly, we have individuals with great human values and I firmly believe that is what makes us great.

Vindicia aims to create a safe place for all individuals, including an open-door policy – and an open heart – that allows for honest dialogue so all may have the ability to express individuality without feeling different in any way, shape, or form. Pride is something that we celebrate the entire year, allowing all individuals to be proud of themselves and one another.

We join together with millions of individuals and companies in celebration of Pride and commit to continue down this inclusive path, where all voices are heard.
