“We celebrate the spirit of diversity, on Women’s Day, and every day.”

Every March 8, Vindicia celebrates its women workforce, and all the women in our lives, as we strive to empower each and every one of them with the opportunity, equality, and support to realize their full potential.

This International Women’s Day, we want to talk about the critical issue of diversity and inclusion, which stands at the heart of who we are as a company. This day is a reflection of our appreciation for women, but in fact we celebrate women every day, as we do people of any gender, race, sexual orientation, or age.

Inclusion is who we are

Our society – and the team at Vindicia – is a wonderful fabric of individuals with their own unique story, personality, and identity. We honor Women’s Day today, just as we honor Black History Month and Pride Month in their season and in their time. The reason we celebrate (on these days and indeed every day) is because we understand that our strength comes not from the ways we are all the same, but the way we are different and unique.

Our differences are what make us

Creating a diverse and inclusive culture and sense of community is at the foundation of Vindicia and is something we work towards in everything we do. We see Vindicia as a unified, living organism continually changing, growing, and moving towards excellence. Like any living body, there is a need for flexible connective tissue that keeps us together in harmony as one integral whole, while providing the agility to act and react smoothly and effectively.

Acceptance above all

Our agility comes from those places where we are different, yet connect to one another with respect, caring and love. It doesn’t matter how you identify or where you come from or what is the color of your skin – what matters is the uniquely precious person inside and your choice about how you prefer to live and who you want to be. With complete acceptance and appreciation for one another, Vindicia is all the people who work hard, separately and together, to deliver the most advanced subscription tech solutions that help our customers win. Of this we are supremely proud and moved.
