Vindicia Retain Hub: Now it’s easier and faster to go from failed payments to recovered revenue

We’ve just introduced an exciting new capability for our popular Vindicia Retain SaaS-based failed payment recovery solution: Vindicia Retain Hub.

For readers who may not be familiar with Vindicia Retain, it’s the #1 solution in the subscription industry to recover failed credit card transactions. Backed by two decades of payments recovery data and expertise – and trusted by the world’s leading subscription brands – our data-driven solution works seamlessly with any billing platform.

Now, with our new Vindicia Retain Hub, recovering failed transactions is easier, faster and more secure than ever. Our subscription business clients can now submit their failed transactions using our API, or simply drag-and-drop a file containing the failed transactions to our secure, interactive Vindicia Retain Hub. The self-service portal automatically adapts to our clients’ data patterns.

In no time at all, Vindicia Retain will recover as much as 50% of terminally failed card transactions, depositing the funds directly into our clients’ bank accounts. Recovered payments appear to our clients’ subscribers as payments originated by their business, and all recovered payments and refunds are visible both on the Vindicia Retain Hub and on the payment provider's interface.

Not only does this new capability speed the time from failed payment upload to revenue recovery, but Vindicia Retain Hub also allows search and viewing of uploaded transaction details – and access to new Vindicia Retain Dashboards to see the increase in revenue and customer retention rate over time.

Multi-function capabilities

Vindicia Retain Hub is a multi-function, self-service web portal that provides a convenient, interactive experience for our subscription business clients to submit and validate declined credit card transactions. The portal provides three main functions:

  • View Vindicia Retain performance
  • Upload failed transactions
  • View processed transactions

Failed transactions can now be submitted to Vindicia Retain in either of two ways:

  • API submission using Vindicia Retain REST API
  • File upload to Vindicia Retain Hub using the Upload function

The Upload function is a simple, UI-enabled, drag-and-drop process. Complete instructions are provided on the portal. The process allows flexible file formats – including csv and xlsx. Our advanced technology reviews the file and auto-corrects data. Users can validate the transactions and make changes if needed prior to final upload.

Under the Transactions function, users will be able to search for their submitted transactions.

And last but not least, Vindicia Retain Dashboards show performance over time and provide additional drill down functions to help subscription businesses identify the business decisions they need to take to improve on passive churn.

Our ongoing vision for Vindicia Retain Hub is to provide our Vindicia Retain clients with an interactive, engaging experience; provide data-driven customizable insights, alerts, metrics, and projections using ML/AI; and enable our clients to see the growth in their subscriber retention and revenue recovery over time.
